Is it weird to be a 19 year old virgin?

I'm a 19 year old male ( I turn 20 in a month) and i've never even kissed a girl... I've had extremely close friends that were girls and girls i've had feelings for who have felt the same way... I've never been good at making a move towards an official relationship so the most i've gotten is cuddling or hugging or spooning in front of a fireplace... but ya.. no sex. No kissing. I'm a pretty attractive guy I get a ton of looks from girls.. and im pretty sure some guys too. I'm about 8 inches down there so its not like im nervous about my manhood or anything.. it just hasn't happened or it hasn't been the right time. and I work out so i'm pretty built. Nothing at all wrong with how I look. Would most peopled find it weird that I haven't had sex yet?
