Going crazy laptop mail problem,white screen.?

ok my aol email..works fine if i connect direct to internet connection ,but when i go wireless . and i log in to aol .mail . it saids that i have mail,. but when i click on it it keeps on loading and loading and never opens the mail any ideas ,im tired of this problem .
