Which of these heat bulbs would be best for my tank?

For such a large tank, I would suggest the largest wattage of bulb. Most heating bulbs and other heaters have an optimal tank size for the wattage, but they usually stop at around 50 gallon tanks because animals larger than that are usually only monitors, iguanas, and large tortoises. If possible, you should see if you can get a regulator which can help to control the heater so it's not just all or nothing.
