Please help!!!! easy 10 points!!!!!?

I have frizzy , poofy, thick, curly/wavy hair. I also have a curlmaster ceramic flatiron. I wanna know how to get my hair silky straight and have the style last. I can't blowdry my hair straight sooo. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
