Phone dropped in snow and stuck on vibrate?

I didnt realize I dropped my samsung intensity in the snow today and after a few hours i came back and found it next to my car. It was still on when i found it but only had 3 bars. I took out the battery and put it about the fireplace at home for an hour. Now i put it back in and just vibrates and its stuck like that whenever i put the battery in and it wont turn on. Is there hope that it will come on or should i just get a new phone?
