Is my Bearded Dragon sick?

I just got this dragon yesterday from a man who seemed to take good care of him. He was fed kale and carrots yesterday evening and today was fed kale grapes and approximately 15 crickets. I spot cleaned his cage today because it was given to us a mess. I cleaned his water bowl and gave him fresh water with a vitamin supplement that was suppose to make tap water drinkable. He currently has a 50 watt flood light on his basking area, a 100 watt ceramic bulb and a uvb light. We came home from the store and noticed he was asleep and has been sleeping for 3 hours, we wake him up to make sure he is alive. I turned the lights off since it is currently dark out but kept the ceramic light on, it is about 85 degrees in his tank. His humidity level is also at a desert level...so got any ideas?
