Name of this movie (please help!)?

I watched this movie a long time ago, when I was little (it is not a super old movie, just a few years) anyways from what i can recall this group of people, mostly men, get stuck in a icy city. There is a pack of wolves or a bear or something that keeps chasing them, and also there is a old ship where the group and the wolves (i am pretty sure they are wolves) meet and a whole scene goes on there. In the end they are stuck in a building (I think a hotel, not positive though) and they burn all the furniture in a fireplace to try and stay warm, and people find them and stuff. Anybody have an idea of what the name is?
