World of warcraft disconnection?

I tried to log onto wow, as I usually do, with my authenticator and password. When I press log in, the only thing which happens is a box appears with cancel in it. Shortly after, it says I have disconnected from the server. I haven't even gotten onto my realm with my characters on it. I have reset my modem, turned off my firewall, reset my PC, deleted my cache'. What am I supposed to do now?
