Camp America advance skill Councellor?

Hi, I'm interested in doing Camp america in 2012 as an advance skill councellor in either ceramics or horse riding, however, the website doesn't actually tell you what qualifications you need in order to be legible to do this... has anyone done it before or knows about it? Also what were your experiences?
