HOW TO GET RID OF SPYWARE!!!!?

Ok i dont even remeber downloading spy ware i jut logged on to the internet and all of a suden a page opened up saying that the download was finshed so i closed it but then it opened a computer scan and i closed that but now down at the bottome right of the screen the shield has a hole bunch of things popping up!! i know my computer is safe but how do i uninstall this thing the popp ups are now everywere!?!?! and idk how to uninstal it!
