Everything you have done will help. Things like unplugging the chargers will only amount to pennies per year. You biggest consumers of electricity are the things that make heat. Like stove, oven, heatpump and water heater. (unless some of those are gas). So watching things that use heat will get you the best results. Solar panes will cost you more than you will save. But you are in the right price range for a single family home in the winter.
