What is the name of that one movie :/?

Ok so they are in a mansion and the main character is a brunette girl plus there are other people. I know some people die but i don't remember who. Here are the 3 scenes I remember: The brunette is in her bed and she looks at the ceiling and it starts moving and talking to her saying she can't leave because it needs her. other scene: at the very end the brunette is in a room full of mirrors with a record playing in the back corner of the room, she looks in a mirror and becomes pregnant and says she has to stay. other scene: the brunette and another person (i think a girl) pull up boards i think in the fireplace and they find a skeleton.
